A full assesement of the property's Energy Rating will be uploaded to the goverments website and a Certificate supplied. 

The duration of a home inspection can vary depending on the size and condition of the property, but it typically takes 1 hour onsite and completed at our office. The result will normally be available in 2 working days or less.

Of course I will come with ID, You can check my image on the about page to confirm who will be coming. You can be social or distant , Happy for a cuppa or I can just get on with it.

Important to know that I will need access to every room, bathrooms bedrooms , any extensions and loft. Unfortunatly it's the process so I can't skip a room. Please don't worry about this I am interested only in the info required and will be in and out of each very quickly.

As part of the EPC I have to take images supporting the final Doc, This will be of radiators, Light fittings , boilers , showers, bath, fires etc. This  leads to room views and this can not be avoided.

I will need to make a plan and take measurments. I can not do this after and it does take some time. I will do my best to be in and out in an hour but bigger properties can take longer.

Once completed I will advise you that I am comlete. Or leave a key if instructed to do so.
